Updated the Noise Rolls slightly

Noise Rolls now operate the same as the action rolls 1-2/3-4/5-6 as opposed to 1-3/4-5/6 (this was a product of action rolls originally being split the latter way as well) 

Noise rolls are now also only a single die, you either roll noise or you don't after your action.
